Job Description We are hiring Non-Voice Customer Service Representatives to provide assistance via chat, email, and messaging platforms without phone interaction. Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat or email
• Provide accurate information on products, services, or accounts
• Resolve issues efficiently
• Log all interactions in the system
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors
• Maintain service quality and client satisfaction metrics

• Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Paid training on non-voice tools and procedures

• High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)
• Strong written English communication
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
• Basic computer skills and multitasking
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
