​​ Looking for Philippines-based candidates Job Role: Full Stack Developer (Front-End UI/UX Focus) Compensation range: $1,000 AUD / Monthly Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement Work Schedule: This role is expected to require roughly 15-20 hours per week. As a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your schedule, but availability for occasional collaboration during AU business hours is preferred. Focused on building a scalable platform that connects users with transport while unlocking new commercial models around real-world engagement and outcomes. Role Overview: We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with a strong front-end and UI/UX focus to help build a ride-sharing app that delivers a seamless and intuitive user experience. While you'll contribute across the stack, your primary responsibility will be translating product requirements and Figma designs into polished, user-friendly interfaces while maintaining consistency throughout the application. You'll work closely with the product team to refine user flows, implement high-quality designs, and ensure the app provides a best-in-class experience across Android and iOS. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive, high-quality front-end features for a mobile ride-sharing application
• Build and maintain editable, production-ready Figma designs that accurately reflect implemented features
• Translate approved designs into clean, consistent, and scalable code
• Ensure consistency across layouts, spacing, colours, typography, and UI components
• Improve user journeys and workflows to create an intuitive customer experience
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and application features
• Conduct UI reviews and resolve usability issues before release
• Contribute to overall application development and post-launch improvements

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong front-end expertise

• Strong UI/UX skills with the ability to implement and maintain professional Figma design files
• Experience building modern mobile or web applications with a focus on usability
• Strong understanding of responsive design, design systems, and accessibility principles
• Experience integrating front-end applications with APIs and back-end services
• High attention to detail with the ability to deliver pixel-perfect implementations
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
