Executive Assistant (Construction Background)

Domingo, Angeles City Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with experience in the construction industry to support our senior executives and project teams. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the dynamics of construction operations, and can handle both administrative and project-related tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives and senior management
- Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and prepare agendas and minutes
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, tenders, contracts, and reports
- Track project deadlines, schedules, and deliverables
- Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and site teams
- Manage email correspondence, travel arrangements, and office communication
- Support bookkeeping, budgeting, and invoice tracking (basic finance understanding preferred)
- Perform ad hoc duties and project support as required
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the construction or building industry
- Preferably with prior experience supporting Australian-based clients or companies
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, terms, and documentation
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with construction/project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar) is a plus
