We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Email & Chat Online Assistants . This is a non-voice position , with all communication conducted exclusively through email and live chat—no phone calls involved. Comprehensive training is provided, making this role ideal for beginners or individuals starting a remote career.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and live chat
- Provide clear, accurate, and helpful information about products or services
- Assist customers with basic questions, concerns, and troubleshooting
- Adhere to company guidelines, policies, and response templates
- Maintain a high standard of written communication and professionalism
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team when necessary
Requirements
- Basic proficiency in written and reading English
- Comfortable using a computer, email, and chat-based platforms
- Reliable internet connection
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- No prior experience required
