Registered Nurse

Experience:

• Experience in specific areas such as emergency care, ICU, pediatrics, or geriatrics is highly desirable, depending on the department's needs.

Clinical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of nursing procedures, clinical practices, and patient care techniques.
• Proficiency in administering medications, performing medical assessments, and interpreting lab results.
• Ability to handle emergency situations effectively and calmly.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and medical staff.
• Ability to educate patients and families on health-related topics, treatment plans, and prevention strategies.

Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking:

• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills to identify and address patient needs and conditions.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
