The studio has an established team and is scaling their technical capabilities to support continued growth.



Job Description:

Youll be the technical backbone of a thriving dance studios digital transformation taking ownership of critical business systems that directly impact student experience and operational efficiency. This role puts you at the intersection of technology and creative education where your systems expertise will help a passionate team focus on what they do best teaching dance. Youll have the autonomy to optimize processes while working with supportive existing staff who handle day-to-day admin tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the Dance Business Solution GHL system implementation and daily operations
  • Administer the Class for Kids platform for comprehensive student management
  • Track and analyse key business metrics including enrolment changes class additions/drops and growth indicators
  • Handle multi-channel customer communications across email direct messages Facebook and Instagram
  • Coordinate with existing admin team members to ensure seamless information flow
  • Provide ongoing system troubleshooting and optimization
  • Maintain data accuracy and system integrity across all platforms
  • Support business growth through effective system management and reporting

Requirements

  • Experience with GoHighLevel platform
  • Customer service and communication skills across digital channels
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities
  • You bring independence and problem-solving skills for remote work
  • Bonus if you have experience in service-based businesses or creative industries
  • It helps if you have experience with student/client management systems
