JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Customs, or any related field.
• With at least 2 years of experience in supervisory or managerial in the same field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)) is an advantage.
• Experience in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
• Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems is an advantage.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure adequate stock. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
• Monitors reports and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements of the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Bureau of Customs (BoC), and Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA).
• Collaborate with other departments such as finance, logistics, and quality assurance.
