Description - Manage and process customer invoicing accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure all billing details are correct.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to invoices and billing processes.
- Familiarization with the DR and SI
- Respond to inquiries regarding invoices and resolve discrepancies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in invoicing or accounts receivable.
- Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to prepare reports and coordinate internally.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach.
