Accounting and Finance Assistant

Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable:
- Process all online and check disbursement, Government remittance (Withholding Tax Expanded and Compensation)
- Prepare and submit BIR quarterly and annually alpha list on purchases
- Assists during the inventory count of Supply Chain Quarterly and Annually of Inventory Parts
- Process Business Permit and BOC Importer Permit
Accounts Receivable:
- Process invoices for the customers.
- Collect and apply payments from customers
- Monthly Reconciliation of Personal and official Cash Advances of employees
- Weekly submission of AR Collection and aging report
- Monthly closure of work order
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Superior
Requirements
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or any business-related course
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting practice; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Basic background in Taxation
- Ability to analyze and reconcile data
- Computer literate
