REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak Mandarin and English. Open to undergraduates and degree holders of any course. Having experience in Customer Service is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

Assist Restaurant Managers on how to navigate the system Guide Managers on how to update menu, prices, and inventory Assist crew when devices are not printing the receipts Guide Restaurant managers when the schedule tracker is not updating Extend answers on inquiries about paper jamming or Device not powering on Provide crew and waiters answers when credit card transactions failed
