Tender and Costing Specialist

Description - Prepare and analyze tender documents to ensure conformity with project requirements.
- Keen to details
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and pricing trends.
- Manage cost estimation processes and develop accurate budgets for projects.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for bids and tenders.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders and ensure compliance with company policies.

- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required
- Ability to adapt to the situation and has the right attitude towards his/her work and job responsibilities
- Right mindset about his/her job
- Excellent in MS Office (PDF, Adobe, Excel, etc.)
- Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa and relocate, if needed
- Has a "can do" attitude
- Reliable and effective in managing his/her time
- Understands his/her priorities when it comes to his/her work
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related course
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of relevant experience in tendering and costing.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of business operations and purchasing processes.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in marketing research and data analysis.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Exceptional communication skills and a strong work ethic.
