Sales Estimator (AO-14011)

This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, plans, and specifications.
- Prepare material take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and quotations.
- Source and manage tender opportunities through platforms such as EstimateOne.
- Liaise with builders, suppliers, project managers, and contract administrators.
- Follow up submitted quotes and support business development activities.
- Manage project records, quotes, and documentation in Tradify and internal systems.
- Prepare variation pricing and revised quotations when project scopes change.
- Track tender deadlines, opportunities, and project pipelines.
- Maintain accurate pricing templates, reports, and project information.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the operations team.
Requirements
- Previous Australian estimating/tendering experience is required.
- Experience within construction, trades, waterproofing, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of take-offs, BOQs, quotations, tenders, and variations.
- Experience using platforms such as EstimateOne, Tradify, Simpro, Buildxact, or similar job management software.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications.
