Payroll Officer

Key responsibilities
Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and daily time records (DTR).
Prepare, check, and verify payroll computations, including salaries, overtime, deductions, and other adjustments.
Ensure payroll accuracy and resolve discrepancies in attendance and salary records.
Assist in onboarding, employee orientation, and the preparation of HR documents.
Ensure the confidentiality and proper handling of employee information.
Perform other HR and payroll-related tasks as assigned by management.
About you
Graduate of Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related course is an advantage.
Experience in Payroll processing is preferred.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
Detail-oriented, organized, trustworthy, and responsible.
Good communication and time-management skills.
Able to handle confidential employee information.
