Part-Time Meta Ads Specialist for Growing DTC Book Brand

We are seeking a Part-Time Meta Ads Specialist for our growing DTC book brand. This is a Remote position where you will play a crucial role in building and optimizing our paid advertising strategy from the ground up.
What You'll Do
- Review our current website, products, and customer journey to identify improvement areas.
- Ensure Meta Pixel , conversion tracking, and attribution are set up correctly.
- Develop and launch initial Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and CTR.
- Provide weekly reporting on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for future tests.
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience running Meta/Facebook/Instagram ads for DTC or e-commerce businesses.
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager , including pixel and conversion API setup.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition cost and ROAS analysis.
- Experience with creative testing and retargeting strategies.
- Ability to identify issues outside of Ads Manager, such as landing page or conversion rate problems.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with lower-AOV consumer products.
- Background in advertising books, publishing, or similar consumer products.
