The Role

We are experiencing an exciting period of hyper growth and are looking for a Quality Assurance Assistant to provide reliable administrative support to the QA team. The ideal candidate brings excellent attention to detail, accuracy in record-keeping and data entry, and the follow-through needed to keep critical quality documentation and certifications current.

This remote role supports the systems, records, and follow-up that help Eggs Unlimited meet customer, partner, and certification requirements. You will work with guidance from the QA team while taking ownership of assigned administrative tasks and deadlines.

What You Will Own

• QA Administrative Support: Execute quality assurance administrative tasks with guidance from the QA team.
• Document and Record Maintenance: Maintain and update records to ensure all documents and certifications are renewed and up to date for customers and partners.
• Documentation Follow-Up: Follow up with internal and external partners to collect required documentation.
• Portal and File Management: Upload and file documentation in relevant portals as required.
• Certification Support: Assist with annual certifications, including Organic, UEP, and other applicable programs.
• Additional Support: Perform other duties as assigned.

What Success Looks Like

• Assigned QA administrative tasks are completed accurately, thoroughly, and on time.
• Customer and partner records, documents, and certifications remain organized, current, and easy to retrieve.
• Required documentation is collected through consistent and professional follow-up with internal and external partners.
• Portal uploads and electronic files are completed accurately and maintained in the appropriate locations.
• Annual certification activities receive dependable administrative support, with deadlines and required materials closely tracked.

Helpful Experience

• Knowledge of the Organic certification process is a plus.
• Experience supporting quality assurance, compliance, certification, document control, data entry, or administrative processes is helpful.

Team, Environment, and How Decisions Get Made

You will report to the QA Manager and work remotely from the Philippines as a collaborative team member. You will partner closely with the QA team and communicate with internal and external partners to keep documentation, records, certifications, and portal requirements moving forward. Priorities and guidance will be provided by the QA team, while success in the role depends on strong organization, accuracy, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through.
