Design and Estimate Head Mechanical

Qualifications:
- BS Mechanical Engineering Graduates
- License Mechanical Engineer
- Computer Literate and good Communication Skills
- Knowledge in using Planswift and Autocad
- Minimum of 5 Years Experience in Design and Estimate of Mechanical System, Plumbing and Fire Protection System.
Duties and Responsibilities:
A. Cost Estimation and financial analysis of new projects as well as summarizing quotations
and proposals
B. Bid and Tender Management
- Leads the preparation and submission of bids for new projects
- Review all the tender documents and identifying potential risk
C. Vendor and Subcontractor Management
- Build and maintain strong relationship with suppliers and subcontractors
D. Project Collaboration
- Works in close collaboration with project managers, engineers and clients
- Provide crucial cost advice during the design and planning phases, helping to ensure that projects are designed within budget without compromising on quality or functionality
E. Market and Data Analysis
- Staying informed of current market trends, material costs and labor rates is essential.
*Work Location: Various Projects
*Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday 7:00AM To 4:00PM, willing to overtime as well.
