Key Responsibilities

• Perform various massage techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, reflexology, or other approved therapies
• Assess clients’ needs and recommend appropriate massage treatments
• Ensure client comfort, privacy, and confidentiality at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of massage rooms, tools, and linens
• Follow proper hygiene, safety, and professional standards
• Provide after-care advice and basic wellness recommendations
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance

What We’re Looking For

• Trained and knowledgeable in massage therapy techniques
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Physically fit and able to perform massage duties
• Professional, respectful, and well-groomed
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• Massage Therapy Certification or relevant training
• TESDA NC II (preferred but not required)
• Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, or similar environment is an advantage
