Master Data Management Specialist

Responsibilities
- Maintain, update, and validate customer and/or pricing master data across systems
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data for reporting and operations
- Perform data reconciliations between systems and investigate discrepancies
- Support basic accounting processes and ensure alignment with financial records
- Process and validate data changes, ensuring proper documentation and approvals
- Resolve data issues impacting billing, pricing, and financial transactions
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure data integrity
- Assist in audits and maintain compliance with internal controls and policies
- Identify and implement data quality and process improvement initiatives
- Handle multi-entity data management in a shared services or global environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in master data, customer data, or pricing data management
- Experience in data reconciliation and discrepancy resolution
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (invoicing, revenue, financial data flow)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus
- Ability to manage large datasets with accuracy and efficiency
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
