Purpose Home Healthcare LLC
- Contract Management : Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, including international agreements and construction contracts, following standards like FIDIC
- Legal Advisory : Providing guidance on corporate governance, labor law, investment law, economic law, and other regulatory matters
- Compliance and Risk Management : Ensuring the company adheres to local laws, regulations, and industry standards, and identifying potential legal risks
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) : Conducting legal due diligence, reviewing potential projects or companies, and preparing necessary documentation for transactions
- Dispute Resolution : Participating in litigation, arbitration, or other dispute resolution processes
- Regulatory Liaison : Coordinating with government authorities, tax offices, and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance
- Strong knowledge of the legal system , including enterprise law, labor law, investment law, and economic law
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess legal risks and provide actionable recommendations
- Communication and negotiation skills for interacting with internal teams, external partners, and government authorities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple legal tasks simultaneously
- Educational background in law, often with a degree in legal studies or equivalent professional experience.
