Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team. The Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment and systems at customer sites. This role requires technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections on equipment, machinery, and systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to determine the cause of malfunctions.
- Install, repair, and replace parts as necessary to restore equipment functionality.
- Provide on-site customer support and technical assistance.
- Maintain accurate service records, including work performed, parts used, and time spent.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Coordinate with the service manager and other team members to prioritize and schedule service calls.
- Provide training and support to customers on proper equipment usage and maintenance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or vocational training preferred.
- Proven experience as a service technician or similar technical role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
