Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Helper to join our team. This role involves providing general support in various tasks, such as manual labor, moving materials, and assisting with operations across different departments. The ideal candidate should be reliable, efficient, and able to perform physical tasks with attention to safety and detail.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive or helper role is a plus, but not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to [specify weight], if applicable).
- Comfort with performing physical tasks such as standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (if applicable to the job).
Skills & Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of safety practices and procedures in the workplace.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform tasks accurately.
