The Accounting Staff is responsible for assisting in day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. The role supports the Accounting Department in bookkeeping, reporting, and administrative tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or a related course
- With or without experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments)
- Prepare and process vouchers, invoices, and official receipts
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable monitoring
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify financial discrepancies
- Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and schedules
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial documentation
- Support tax preparation and government compliance requirements
- Assist during internal and external audits by providing necessary documents
- Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor
