Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and daily tasks for executives.
- Handle basic accounting support such as preparing expense reports and tracking
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents for easy access.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required.
- Support administrative tasks including correspondence, email management, and office
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Provide general support in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to shifting priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as executive/personal assistant.
- Must have experience in doing administrative tasks.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- HMO upon regularization
