Employee Engagement Manager
The Employee Engagement Manager will work closely with the Talent Branding, Talent Engagement, and Corporate Marketing teams to lead cross‑functional projects and strategic initiatives that improve employee engagement scores across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Culture Ambassador – Provide strategic employee programs to build and solidify company culture across different groups and locations; design and execute programs with an employee‑first mindset while aligning with global strategic goals.
- Project Management – Conceptualize, set up, and manage strategic employee programs and events that support company‑wide engagement goals; gather and analyze relevant data to formulate programs at institutional and business‑unit levels; execute both short and long‑term programs from start to finish.
- Collaboration – Partner with leaders across the company and external vendors to develop engagement programs and support business needs; work closely with HR, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
- Process Compliance – Follow and work within policies related to engagement of suppliers, vendors, and partners; ensure compliance with all finance and legal requirements when initiating and implementing projects.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in People Analytics & Insight: ability to transform raw data (surveys, turnover rates, eNPS) into actionable strategies.
- 5+ years of proven experience in Strategic Communication: translate corporate goals into a compelling narrative for employees while advocating workforce needs to the C‑suite.
- 5+ years of expertise in Holistic Experience Design: design end‑to‑end systems for recognition, onboarding, and inclusion for remote, hybrid, and in‑office teams.
Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience at a managerial level designing and executing initiatives that boost morale and retention.
- Project & Events Management skills: take an idea from planning to execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Highly collaborative and able to build rapport with diverse teams.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- High integrity in resource management (budgeting, vendor relations, company assets).
- Attention to detail ensuring no logistical items are overlooked during events or programs.
- Flexibility to work extended hours when project milestones or events demand it.
- Hybrid work readiness: balance remote productivity with physical presence for in‑office collaboration.
