Job Overview:
Your major responsibility is to make sure that all the needed materials for the event are prepared while also making sure that the materials are in good condition.
Job Objectives:
- To ensure that items are delivered and transported safely.
- To maintain an accurate record of deliveries.
- To assist the company driver with all deliveries.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the driver with loading and unloading the vehicle and delivering the equipment to customers.
- Communicate with customers by phone to update them on the time of deliveries if there have been issues or changes to their estimated time of arrival.
- Assisting with equipment pickup and return.
- Inspect equipment to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.
Job Specification:
- Must have the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Able to work for long hours.
- Trainable and must know how to follow instructions.
- Must be comfortable to sit at the back of the Mitsubishi Canter truck and be part of delivery.
- Willing to work in Sto. Domingo Ave, Quezon City.
