Manage the end-to-end recruitment process Ensure to have a strong sourcing process that will gain a great candidate Make sure to attend some job fair and networking event to meet some possible candidate Develop some hiring strategies and plans to attract a potential candidate Collaborate to the hiring manager to identify what the needed staffing of each departmentRECRUITMENT PROCESS: (ONLINE OR FACE TO FACE)
