We’re looking for a Scrum Master to collaborate with cross-functional teams in delivering full-stack solutions aligned with project priorities. This role is ideal for someone passionate about agile practices, team facilitation, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum events: sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure Scrum events are productive, positive, and timeboxed.
- Troubleshoot and triage application issues, reporting accurately to the development team.
- Manage support issues for applications handled by the team.
- Guide the team in creating clear and concise Product Backlog items.
- Work closely with Service Managers and Technical Leads to define requirements and scope.
- Stay updated with industry trends, incorporating best practices and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience as a Scrum Master (mid-level).
- Certified Scrum Master is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
- Preferred background in .NET, Java, ReactJS, and SQL technologies.
- Prior software development or testing experience (frontend/backend in e-commerce) is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to document and explain technical details clearly.
