Description - Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and travel packages.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, and itineraries based on client preferences.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to travel arrangements promptly.
- Stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and potential travel disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions while providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Travel and Tourism or relevant field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in travel planning or customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in using travel booking software and tools.
- Qualities and Traits: Customer-focused with a passion for travel and assisting others.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
