• Manage general administrative tasks across the business.
• Prepare and generate legal documents using precedent templates.
• Update and maintain client files within Smokeball.
• Complete document automation and data entry with a high level of accuracy.
• Monitor and manage incoming emails.
• Assist with matter preparation before court proceedings are issued.
• Maintain organised electronic filing systems.
• Perform quality checks on generated legal documents.
• Assist with Outlook calendar management.
• Answer incoming calls via Microsoft Teams when required and take accurate messages.
• Provide general administrative support to improve workflow efficiency.
• Learn internal legal processes and follow established procedures.
