What is this role about?
This role supports the After Sales Manager in overseeing daily service and parts operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards, efficient execution of administrative requirements, and continuous improvement of aftersales performance.

What will YOU do?

• Act as the primary support and second-in-command to the After Sales Manager, ensuring smooth daily execution of service and parts operations
• Coordinate with other dealership departments to implement BYD/MAPVI policies, standards, and operational requirements
• Oversee compliance with BYD Service and Parts Operations Standards, maintaining consistent service quality and parts availability
• Handle administrative processes such as PEAT writeups, approvals, reports, and documentation to support efficient operations
• Assist in managing parts ordering and inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock and proper monitoring of usage
• Report and track aftersales performance metrics, conducting routine audits and follow-ups to drive operational improvements
• Implement and sustain improvement initiatives, including the “Fix It Right the First Time” (F1) program to enhance service accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate training plans and readiness of aftersales personnel, including monitoring attendance and resource needs 
• Handle and document customer complaints or operational issues, escalating significant cases to the After Sales Manager 
• Support performance management activities, including evaluations, incentive tracking, and personnel action recommendations

What will YOU need?

• Solid experience in automotive aftersales (Service and Parts) operations
• Strong organizational, coordination, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Dealer Management Systems and standard office applications
