Description - Provide excellent customer service to enhance the dining experience.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu and daily specials to assist customers effectively.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area, tables, and service stations.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
- Experience Level: 6months–1 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong hospitality skills, excellent waitering abilities, customer-oriented attitude, capable of working in a quick service restaurant.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, ability to multitask under pressure.
