Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing after-sales support and addressing inquiries
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM tools or logs
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, finance, and production) to ensure smooth transaction flow
- Conduct product presentations and client meetings
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities
- Participate in sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- With at least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or account management (fresh graduates may also be considered)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willing to travel and work on-site/client site if needed
- With pleasing personality and a customer-first mindset
