Description - Provide support and counseling to individuals and families facing various challenges.
- Conduct assessments to determine clients' needs and develop appropriate intervention plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and community resources to facilitate client assistance.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and progress.
- Advocate for clients and connect them with resources for mental health and social services.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Registered Social Worker (PRC License)
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Qualities and Traits: Empathy, resilience, and a commitment to client welfare
- Working Conditions: May involve working in various community settings or client homes
