Purchasing Assistant - 3 years experience - Salary: 20k - 23k

Qualifications: Graduate of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related course Minimum of three (3) years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably involving hardware, electrical, or construction-related products Strong sourcing, planning, negotiation and coordination skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of SAP systems is required Able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision Key Responsibilities: Review, approve, receive, and process online material requests Source and purchase materials, equipment, services from qualified supplier, prepare canvass sheets with quotations from at least three (3) suppliers for comparison and evaluation Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POS) and Requests for Payment (RFPs) for suppliers Process replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items Support supplier accreditation and vendor relationship management activities What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Career growth and development opportunities Training and professional support
