Role Overview The role focuses on implementing ServiceNow solutions covering enterprise risk, governance, compliance, and/or security operations. The consultant will work with stakeholders to translate security and risk requirements into ServiceNow solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Design and configure ServiceNow Risk & Security solutions.
- Implement solutions involving ServiceNow IRM/GRC and/or SecOps.
- Configure workflows, business rules, integrations, and automation.
- Translate risk, compliance, and security requirements into technical solutions.
- Support modules such as Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Third-Party Risk, Security Incident Response, and Vulnerability Response depending on project requirements.
- Integrate ServiceNow with security and enterprise platforms.
- Participate in solution design and technical workshops.
- Troubleshoot and enhance existing ServiceNow implementations.
- Provide technical guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
- Strong ServiceNow implementation/development experience.
- Hands-on experience in at least one major Risk or Security module, particularly:
- IRM / GRC
- Risk Management
- Policy & Compliance
- Third-Party Risk Management
- SecOps
- Security Incident Response
- Vulnerability Response
- ServiceNow configuration/development skills.
- Experience working with enterprise integrations.
- Ability to translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
- Consulting or stakeholder-facing experience.
- ServiceNow CSA.
- Relevant CIS certification in IRM, GRC, SecOps, or related modules.
- Experience across both IRM/GRC and SecOps.
