Role Summary : The SAM Analyst supports day-to-day Software Asset Management activities by maintaining accurate license data, performing entitlement and deployment analysis, and assisting in compliance and optimization efforts. This role focuses on execution, data accuracy, and process adherence under established SAM frameworks and tools.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field

• 0–2 years’ experience in ITAM, SAM, procurement, or IT operations

• Familiarity with SAM tools (e.g., ServiceNow SAM, Flexera, Snow) is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Basic understanding of software licensing concepts

• Good communication and documentation skills
