Industrial Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current manufacturing processes and workflows
- Design and implement process optimization strategies
- Conduct time and motion studies.
- Develop and maintain production scheduling systems
- Collaborate with production teams to implement new processes and technologies
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Lead root cause analysis investigations
- Design layouts and optimize facility utilization
- Support capacity planning and capital equipment evaluation decisions
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout manufacturing operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
- Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing operations
- Proven experience in process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools
- Experience with manufacturing resource planning (MRP) systems and production planning software
