Lead Backer Join Cyberbacker as a Lead Backer and help drive business growth by managing lead pipelines, optimizing CRM systems, and supporting agents throughout the lead conversion process. This role is ideal for organized, tech-savvy professionals who excel at managing data and workflows. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain CRM records, lead databases, and sales pipelines. Respond to and qualify inbound leads from various sources. Process new leads by assigning labels, activating campaigns, and routing them to agents. Build and manage follow-up workflows to improve lead conversion. Monitor agent activity and maintain accurate productivity and performance reports. Create dashboards, trackers, and reports using Google Sheets. Manage referral tracking, backup databases, and dialer uploads. Provide CRM support, troubleshoot issues, and assist with user training when needed. Communicate system updates, training schedules, and team announcements. Qualifications Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills. Proficient in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets. Able to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
