We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Store Helper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various store operations, including stocking shelves, receiving and organizing inventory, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Receive and unpack incoming merchandise.
- Stock shelves neatly and accurately, ensuring product rotation.
- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom.
- Conduct inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
- Assist with price changes and markdowns.
Customer Service:
- Assist customers with product inquiries and locating items within the store.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Assist with store maintenance tasks as needed.
Other Duties:
- Assist with visual merchandising displays.
- Assist with special events and promotions.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
