Position: Microbiologist
Location: Los Banos, Laguna
Job Description:
The Production Microbiologist is responsible for producing Adatech Robuster, a Trichoderma-based biofertilizer. The role involves monitoring the incubation of Trichoderma rice bran cultures, ensuring product quality, and maintaining aseptic and regulatory standards. The microbiologist also supports process optimization and documentation to achieve consistent, high-quality biofertilizer production.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor the Production of Adatech Robuster
Supervise the Lab Aides
Maintain Trichoderma culture
Admin Tasks
Conduct Quality Assurance Test to every batch
Product R&D
Help in conducting weekly inventory
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Microbiology/Biology major in Microbiologist/Agricultural Biotechnology
6 months of experience working on fungal cultures
Registered Microbiologist/ PAM-Certified Registered Microbiologist
Proficient in maintaining microbial culture and isolation
Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
