As a Fried Chicken House Helper, you will assist in food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You will work closely with kitchen staff to prepare high-quality fried chicken and other menu items while ensuring cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation:
- Assist in washing, chopping, and prepping ingredients such as vegetables, chicken, and seasonings.
- Prepare batter and breading for fried chicken.
Cooking Assistance:
- Help with frying chicken and other menu items under supervision.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food quality.
Cleaning & Maintenance:
- Keep kitchen equipment clean, including fryers, countertops, and utensils.
- Regularly sanitize workstations to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
Inventory Support:
- Help with stock management, ensuring ingredients are always available.
- Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing storage areas.
Customer Service Support:
- Help with packing food orders and assisting with delivery or front-of-house tasks when needed.
- -With valid original barangay and police clearance
- -Good with customer service is an edge
- -Detail-oriented, and good with customers
- -All gender are welcome
- -Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
- -18 years old and above
- -High School Graduate, ALS ,Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
- -With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
- -Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday
- -Physically fit
