Billing Cost Control

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and monitor project billing and cost reports for mining operations
• Validate equipment utilization, manpower deployment, and operational hours for billing purposes
• Coordinate with the Equipment Operation Engineer, Dispatch, and Site Supervisors regarding daily operations and equipment allocation
• Review and verify supporting documents such as DTR, equipment logs, production reports, and delivery receipts
• Monitor project expenses and operational costs to ensure proper cost control
• Assist in preparing monthly billing statements and cost summaries for management review
• Ensure all billing records and reports are accurate, complete, and properly documented
• Maintain organized files and documentation related to project billing and cost monitoring
• Coordinate with the Accounting and Finance Department regarding billing and payment processing
• Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by management.

• Male or Female
• Graduate of Mining Engineering
• Licensed or Non-Licensed Mining Engineer is welcome to apply
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Knowledge in mining operations, equipment utilization, and production monitoring is an advantage
• Familiarity with billing preparation and cost control processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and computer applications
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willing to work in mining site / project-based environment
