Description - Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist in the development of FAQs and service documentation in Spanish.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in both English and Spanish, excellent communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Working Conditions: Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
