Description - Conduct regular safety audits and inspections on construction sites
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Provide training and support to construction staff on safety practices
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes
- Develop and implement safety programs to mitigate risks
Requirements
- Qualifications: Certification in Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) or related field preferred
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in construction safety
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of Safety regulations and safety standards
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to enforce safety measures and protocols
- Working Conditions: Exposure to various outdoor environments and construction sites
