Role Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented HR Communications Writer to join our team in BGC. In this role, you will bridge the gap between HR initiatives and employee engagement by crafting compelling narratives, internal announcements, and visual content. The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart with a strong grasp of copywriting and a knack for creating eye-catching visuals using Canva. Qualifications Experience: Proven experience in Copywriting, Content Writing, or HR Communications. Technical Skills: High proficiency in Canva is a must. Familiarity with other design tools or email marketing platforms is a plus. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (and Tagalog, if applicable). Creativity: Ability to turn technical HR information into 'consumable' and exciting content for employees. Work Ethics: Ability to work onsite in BGC and meet daily deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
