What You'll Do

• Provide core finance and accounting services including month end close process and reconciliation activities
• Processing transactions, issuing checks, online banking responsibilities and updating ledgers
• Filing and payment to Government Regulatory Bodies such as BIR, SSS, PHILHEALTH and PAGIBIG
• Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies
• Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry
• Enable process improvement opportunities and projects by understanding the end-to-end processes and bringing your insights and ideas forward
• Providing support to the Accounting Department and across other departments
• Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities. Must have high attention to detail and be highly organized. Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for your role and assigned by your immediate supervisor

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree major in Finance, Business, Accounting, and related courses
• At least 5 years of demonstrated experience and background in Finance, Accounting
• Effective communicator and able to build relationships with various stakeholders and teams
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Innovative and has passion for learning digital tools and technologies
• Experience and knowledge in digital tools and other technology systems is an advantage
• High proficiency level in G-Suite and MS Office (Excel, PPT etc)
• Attention to detail, and accuracy
• Maintain flexibility to take on additional responsibilities, as needed
• Experience in a startup is a plus
