Key Responsibilities: - Greet guests promptly and politely upon arrival.
- Assist guests with opening doors, unloading luggage, or providing directions if needed.
- Safely drive, park, and retrieve guest vehicles in designated areas.
- Maintain the safety and cleanliness of guest vehicles while under care.
- Keep valet area organized, clean, and safe for both guests and staff.
- Maintain accurate records of keys, tickets, and vehicle locations.
- Follow all traffic laws, parking regulations, and safety procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries courteously and provide information as requested.
- Report any vehicle damage or issues immediately to the supervisor.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
