Position: Piping Design Engineer
Industry: Manufacturing company / Shared services
Work Location: Pasig City
Salary: Php 25,000 - Php 27,000 gross
Work Schedule: Monday- Friday (Week ends off)
Work Set Up: Fully working onsite
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field
- At least 1 year of experience in pipe routing design, piping isometrics, piping layout/plan drawings, support selection, support fabrication drawings, and material take-off
- Proficient in 3D modelling software such as AutoCAD Plant 3D or AVEVA E3D
- Skilled in 2D AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Familiar with industry codes and standards (JIS, ASME, ANSI, API, etc.)
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop piping layouts based on P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and engineering inputs
- Create and modify 3D models of equipment, structures, piping, and supports using AutoCAD Plant 3D or AVEVA E3D
- Ensure proper pipe routing, spacing, and support placement to meet design standards and avoid clashes
- Prepare isometric, orthographic, and support drawings for fabrication and construction
- Generate and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) and line lists
