Global Talent Acquisition Partner (Asia & Multilingual Recruitment)

Position Summary

Kreato Global is seeking a highly motivated International Talent Acquisition Specialist (Asia & Multilingual Recruitment) to lead multilingual recruitment initiatives across Asia.

This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring native-speaking professionals for remote positions across multiple Asian markets.

We're looking for someone who already knows where and how to find top multilingual talent across Asia. The ideal candidate has built recruitment networks in one or more Asian markets and understands the cultural nuances, local sourcing channels, and best practices for recruiting native language professionals.

The successful candidate will own the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with our Talent Acquisition leadership to support strategic hiring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for multilingual professionals.
• Source native-speaking candidates across Asia and other international markets.
• Conduct structured interviews in English.
• Screen language professionals for communication skills, professionalism, and technical readiness.
• Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, regional job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment metrics.
• Recommend and implement innovative sourcing strategies.
• Build relationships with universities, professional associations, and language communities throughout Asia.
• Support employer branding initiatives.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum 1 year of experience in international recruitment.
• Demonstrated success recruiting candidates throughout Asia.
• Candidates must demonstrate an existing recruitment network or proven sourcing experience within one or more Asian markets, such as Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand or South Korea.
• Experience sourcing multilingual professionals for remote positions.
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher) is required.
• Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, regional job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting platforms.
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.

Preferred

• Spanish language skills (nice to have, but not required).
• Experience hiring interpreters or multilingual professionals.
• Previous recruitment experience within the Language Services, Interpretation, Translation, BPO, Contact Center, or Customer Support industries.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools, platforms, and sourcing strategies commonly used throughout Asia.
