Position: Thai Accounts Payable and Expense Lead

Salary: Php 110,000 Monthly - Php 130,000 Monthly
Location: Quezon City
Schedule: Dayshift schedule
Work setup: Hybrid set-up (2 days WFH, 3 days work onsite)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Filipino National who is proficient in Thai Language.
- Open for Thai nationals who are currently residing in the Philippines and outside the Philippines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 4-7 years of experience in accounts payable, expense auditing, or financial management.
- With a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role experience is an advantage.
- Familiarity with financial software like Oracle or SAP
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and oversee daily operations of the Accounts Payable and Travel Expense team.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulations.
- Provides translation support for accounting-related documents from Thai to English or vice versa.
- Review and approve invoices, payments, and expense reports for accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage month-end/year-end closing, audits, and handle escalations.
- Drive process improvements and monitor KPIs and SLAs.
- Train and mentor team members while collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors.
